What do to in case of common activation issues

This topic describes the most common problems with xlCompiler activation

The most likely you've selected manual activatoin opion. This error may have such reason:

• Wrong license - you've create activation key for xlCompare instead of xlCompiler
• Wrong Computer Name - you've typed wrong Computer Name

If you've entered wrong Computer Name, you need to do the following:

1. Login to your account in the Spreadsheet Tools Customer Service
2. Using x button delete Activation Key for wrong PC
3. Create new Activation Key

If you see that key was created for wrong product - create another key for the product you need.

If you can't solve the issue yourself, please contact our support.
